Varun founded VARUNÉ Bio to develop focused opportunities in ingredient and formulation research. His interest lies in connecting a useful scientific question with the expertise needed to investigate it.

His role is to shape the company’s direction, develop relationships and help define programmes with clear scientific and application goals. The company begins with skincare and a molecular-formulation approach to ingredient development.
A focused starting point.
The current direction brings together skin pigmentation, polar-associated polymers and biochemical light. Each proposed programme is described by its question and present stage, with evidence kept distinct from ambition.

In his published writing, Varun examines how formulation knowledge moves into evidence, quality and technology transfer.
